Knowing the neighborhoods of Portland is what I do. If you are looking to buy, I will help you
find the neighborhood and home that fits your lifestyle and budget perfectly. Throughout your
home-buying process, I will be on my toes working hard for you, walking you through writing a
strong offer, negotiating the best price, plus getting the most out of your inspection and repair
requests.

For those of you looking to sell, I will take you from “thinking about selling” to “sold” with
confidence and grace. I will help prepare your property to look its very best, preview comparable
homes in the area, call other agents with similar listings, and gather feedback from showings to
price your home appropriately. Finally, I will use my strong networking skills to get the word out
beyond the traditional advertising in order to move your home quickly.
Real estate is in my blood. However, becoming a second-generation Realtor was not part of my
plan. Yet, here I am, well over a sixteen years later and going strong! My love of Portland’s
variety in architecture and neighborhoods is what pulled me in to the business, and now it’s the
people – my clients – that keep me here. In addition to my real estate background, I hold a
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social work. As I got started in Real Estate, I noticed a nice
cross-over between my counseling background and the process of helping others buy and sell
homes.

I run a referral-based business and know that giving you great service means my business will
continue to prosper. Community participation is also important to me, so each year I take pride in
donating a portion of my income to local non-profits who do amazing work improving greater
Portland.

When not working, you can find me spending time with my husband Paul, my son, friends,
family, and our rescue mutt, Edna. We head into the great outdoors often to enjoy our beautiful
Pacific Northwest forests, lakes, and rivers. We also manage a duplex rental, and an ADU rental
in our own backyard. After over 7 years living in Irvington, Alameda, and Alberta we have lived
in our current Cully neighborhood cottage for over a decade. Having purchased it as an extreme
fixer, we completed a full house remodel, built the ADU at the back of our oversized lot, and
now love sharing this space. My husband and I have purchased and remodeled multiple
properties. We love being homeowners and take pride in seeing our ideas turn into appealing and
highly livable homes.
