I am a native Oregonian who loves Portland and all the surrounding areas. It is a privilege to sell homes when you are excited about the place you live! I have been a producing agent in Portland since 2000, and I am a very strong advocate to my clients in both selling and buying homes. I am also very proud to say I have received the Portland Monthly Five Star Award every year it’s been given in Portland, since 2011 voted top 7% of Realtor’s in customer service.
My father is a full blooded Klamath Modoc Indian and I am very proud to share his heritage from our Southern Oregon Tribe with my 2 brothers. I grew up in Close-in SE Portland, in the Brooklyn Neighborhood, until the age of 11, and then moved to the Westside for middle school and high school which turns out to be a pretty cool mix of urban and suburban.
I worked at one of Portland’s top producing brokerage firms receiving outstanding sales recognition, and I am very proud to now be at Think Real Estate. My passions outside of Real Estate are snowboarding, hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, camping, golfing, trying to surf, and hot flow yoga at Yoga Union. I love traveling when able (India was the most exciting so far) and entertaining /cooking in my home in NE Portland, a Mid-Century I remodeled with love.
My upbringing makes me the perfect agent for both close-in urban neighborhoods, and Westside neighborhoods as I know both very well. I love figuring out what is perfect for you…is it inner city & walkability, space for your first chicken coop, organic garden with great light, no yard, a huge fenced yard, vintage or new…the list should be BIG and your expectations very high. I will find your perfect home and we will have fun while we are getting you into your perfect home.
My mom, who is my biggest fan I admit, says I have been in training my entire life to give my eye to both staging & making improvements to homes simply by the way furniture is positioned. As strange as it sounds I loved to clean the house and I would move all the furniture around and changed whatever I could to improve the flow and look. This said, I have enjoyed staging my listings and sharing my eye to get you ready with low costs. I climb ladders and paint your shutters, select your paint colors sampling all over your walls (not really all over) and help in any way I can to get you top dollar and show off your home’s best qualities…the sweetest words a seller can say is “Sold” which is a goal we both will attain together.
Call me as your advocate in both buying and selling–you won’t be disappointed!
