We met Scott Gunner through Zillow, initially planning casual viewings to explore the local market. Before we knew it, we stumbled into our dream home, coordinated a last-minute viewing, and quickly learned there was already an offer in hand that we had to compete with. In less than 24 hours, we secured financing, and our offer was accepted! Despite the challenging market, Gunner helped us sell our townhome and purchase our dream home, with each negotiation we asked for on the purchase.
