Portland Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Tour – Sept. 17th and 18th

Portland’s fourth Accessory Dwelling Unit Tour will take place on September 17th and 18th. Saturday’s activities will include workshops on building and design, as well as permitting, financing, and other necessary information. Tickets for workshops are $65 for one workshop and $90 for two. An all-inclusive pass for the entire weekend is $75 until September 2nd, and $90 thereafter.

On Sunday, September 18th, ticketholders go on a self-guided tour of over 10 ADUs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets for the tour are $35. Get design inspiration and network with industry professionals to help you bring your ADU dreams to fruition.

The event will conclude with a party at Caravan – The Tiny House Hotel. Participants can tour the hotel tiny homes, which are temporary dwelling units on wheels that fall under different permitting laws than ADUs. Caravan’s co-owner, Kol Peterson, is also organizing the event.
