  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Work from home until office reopens, at which point the job will be located at the Think Real Estate office in northeast Portland
  • Health insurance, ten paid holidays, three weeks paid vacation per year.

Your Mission:

You will be the primary operational and marketing support person for the entire Think team. You will efficiently manage the daily operations of the office while creating compelling and creative marketing content. Your left brain and right brain will be equally engaged!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing program that grows the Think brand, drives leads, and provides value for agents through office marketing.
  • Manage the daily office operations, greeting all visitors and taking great care of everyone in the office. Keep the office stocked, organized, and clean.
  • Manage administrative systems including accounting with care, attention, and accuracy.
  • Support agents by managing and trouble-shooting various marketing and administrative systems.

Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar aimed at getting qualified leads.

  • Social media: Develop and implement a social media strategy that informs our audience about all things related to housing; our goal is to educate and entertain.
  • Newsletters and Mailings: Design and write content for newsletters and other marketing pieces, with content ranging from interpreting the latest housing stats to highlighting
    local organizations.
  • Create new content to write on a-frame sign to drive walk-in traffic.
  • Client Gifts: Source, order, and coordinate delivery of client gifts, quarterly.
  • Office Management:
    • Work at the front desk of the office and serve as the friendly first contact to all clients and guests.
    • Keep the inside and outside of the office neat and tidy, and ensure all supplies are stocked.
  • Accounting: Deposit and disburse commission checks, pay bills, run payroll, work with bookkeeper to maintain books.
  • Onboarding: Manage onboarding for all new agents and employees: ensure every need is taken care of smoothly.
  • Event Planning: Manage all details for planning workshops, trainings, and social events

  • Organized: you love a checklist and pride yourself on being able to keep track of many things at once.
  • Customer-service oriented: you enjoy meeting new people and taking care of their needs.
  • Creative: you have an eye for design, and can use templates to create marketing pieces that look great.
  • Social: you have a basic understanding of social media and an interest in learning how to create compelling content.
