We believe
At Think Real Estate, we understand that the history of racial discrimination in housing through public policy and private industry has harmed communities of color and withheld the benefits of homeownership, housing stability and the creation of generational wealth.
We believe that we can contribute to dismantling systemic racism and its harm on communities of color and are devoted to that effort. We understand that this will require a broad based, collaborative, and inclusive process. We expect discomfort and we are committed to growth. We acknowledge that this will be a process that will require reflection, training and education.
We are resolved to engage this work with transparency and demonstrate our commitment to equitable housing policy for all marginalized communities.
