I’ve been a licensed Realtor since March of 2020 and have been busy ever since. Before real estate, my career was built in consumer sales and brand development, work that taught me how people shop, what draws them in, and what ultimately drives them to act. I relocated to Portland in 1999, in retail leadership, overseeing 12 stores , managing inventory, budgets, and large teams across multiple locations.

In 2007, I struck out on my own and opened an independent apparel shop that I ran successfully for more than 13 years. I designed much of the collection myself and built a business that was both highly curated and commercially successful. Every decision, from merchandising to presentation to customer experience, reinforced something I still believe deeply in today: value is never just about the product itself, it’s about how people experience it.

Looking back, real estate was always where I was headed. I was built for this work.

Real estate, at its core, is about understanding people. It’s about perception, emotion, timing, and strategy. It’s knowing how light moves through a home, how a space feels when you walk into it, and how details shape the way buyers connect to a property. In Portland especially, where every neighborhood has its own rhythm, that understanding matters even more.

My approach is design forward, highly strategic, and deeply human focused. I rely on both data and intuition, balancing analytics with a real understanding of how people actually shop for homes. Whether I’m preparing a property for market or helping a buyer recognize the right opportunity, I tailor every strategy to the home, the client, and the neighborhood itself.

You’ll notice quickly that I offer guidance while still making sure you maintain your voice. I bring strategy and perspective while keeping you at the center of every decision. Throughout the process, I’m your advocate, your advisor, and often your emotional sounding board too. Buying or selling a home is deeply personal, and I believe clients deserve someone who can navigate both the business side and the human side of that experience with equal skill.

When I’m not out hanging out in other people’s homes, I’m an avid reader of fiction (shout out to all the English majors), tending to my indoor garden, my outdoor garden, hiking, biking, and exploring the PNW wonderland we live in. I feel so lucky to call Portland home. It’s truly a special place. I can’t imagine living anywhere else!
