Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jade Fox spent her childhood enriched by the beauty and serenity of its forest landscape. A calling to a career in film and television drew her to California at a young age. She spent two decades working in the industry: producing and creative directing for Google, NBC, HGTV, and Disney. Along her journey she was able to create lifelong friendships with clients from all walks of life.

Moving back to Portland with her family has been one of the best decisions. There’s nothing like fresh air and room to play. Jade is an art collector, a mid-century modern aficionado and in general, a super happy person.

Jade is the best! My fiance and I connected with her by chance, and we feel like we won the agent lottery. We are first-time homebuyers, and Jade took time to explain the entire process to us and answer our endless questions. She was very patient with us, and always struck a good balance between offering advice/professional opinion and respecting our decisions. When a seller accepted our offer and the home inspection then revealed some costly repairs were needed, Jade really shined. She had estimates from contractors in hand within a few days, and she was able to renegotiate the deal to cover a large majority of the repairs. She proved to be a tough negotiator and a strong advocate for us. When the time comes for us to upgrade to another home, we know who we'll be calling. Jade is AMAZING. My parents, who live all the way in Maryland, were looking to buy a condo in Portland. My partner and I will be living in the condo until they're able to move here. Jade managed to balance the wants and needs of 4 people, two of whom were thousands of miles away. And let me tell you, she works FAST. She got us showings, made an offer, and closed the deal in just a couple of weeks despite the holiday (we closed the day before Thanksgiving)! I couldn’t have asked for a better Agent if I tried! I just bought my first home with Jade’s excellent guidance. We met by chance at the open house for a home right next door to my best friend that just went on the market the day before. I didn’t have a realtor yet and had just started the pre-approval process. Jade offered her services on the spot. Within moments of taking down my contact information, she sent me a text telling me she would call me in an hour. An hour later, I had a realtor and less than 24 hours later she had successfully negotiated against three other buyers and got me into contract for my first home!! Jade is also enthusiastic and fun to work with, which made buying a home for the first time much more enjoyable and much less stressful process that it could’ve been. Jade listened and advocated for what I wanted. She clearly explains her planned approach for negotiations and why she thought it would get me the outcome I wanted within my price range. But she also asked for my thoughts and feedback to make sure she was aligned with my goals at all times. When I suggested something, she would give me her expert opinion on that option, and it always came from a place of problem solving to get me what I wanted — she never tried to push me in a direction I wasn’t comfortable and she was very good at checking in if she sensed even a slight hesitation. She managed inspections process expertly, and successfully negotiated 100% (!) of my asks in the final negotiations after inspections. I was really impressed with the quality of work from all her industry partners as well. And she turned all of this around with only 25 days from signed offer to closing and keys in hand! Finally, on closing day, Jade met me at the house with a lovely, thoughtful gift and handed me the keys to my first home!!
