Kate was wonderful to work with. My wife and I sold our long-term rental property in Portland with (a lot of) her help. She was especially helpful in getting the house ready for sale. We did an initial walkthrough with her to better understand what were the most cost-effective improvements to make. She connected us with a number of contractors (e.g., flooring, painters), maintenance people (e.g., gutters, roofing, landscapers), and house stagers. She priced the property well, even in a cooling market. We still received multiple offers and we’re very pleased with the overall outcome. She was very responsive throughout the process. We will be referring our family, friends, and colleagues to Kate.

THANK YOU!! 5 stars are nowhere near enough to convey how awesome Kate is. We are first time homebuyers and we were overwhelmed by how much there was to know. She walked us through every step with an upbeat and grounded optimism. She told us how bananas the market is and that we needed to be patient and to be prepared to be disappointed, but that we would absolutely find our home. She was 100% right. We were in a different state and did everything from afar. She was proactive and communicative and even though we weren’t buying a $$$$ house, we always felt like a priority. Kate is an incredible agent and business partner. We entrusted Kate to sell our home – beyond listing the property this also entailed prepping it to go to market through various renovations. Throughout the entire process to get it ready to list, Kate managed the project with ease – she brought in quality and reasonably priced contractors and ensured their work was completed properly and on time.By the time it was ready to list, the home really shined with such an amazing new look and paint job. The marketing package of photos and 3D walk-thru really helped showcase the beauty of the home, especially during this pandemic, and it’s no wonder why we had offers the next day. We were worried about timing to list and close considering the uncertain winter months that were approaching but Kate’s ability to swiftly get it ready to list and then sell the home really outperformed our expectations – we closed the transaction within 4 weeks of the offer (very little back and forth with the buyers) and the offers were also above expectations. Working with Kate can only be described as destined to be and were instantly magnetized to her colorful and sparkly personality from the jump. She guided us through the negotiations for the repairs recommended by our inspector, responded to every question we had to help us in the process and calmly assisted us with coordinating all the details and paperwork from the various stakeholders leading up to the closing which helped lower our stress level.
