We could not have asked for a better experience buying our first house with Teasha. Teasha was very attentive to what we were looking for and helped narrow in on a house that was perfect for us. Her knowledge of the area we bought in was exceptional, she was able to scope out houses prior to showings, or pass by ones that were "coming soon" as she scoped the neighbourhood. The house we ended up buying we saw less than 12hours after coming on the market, Teasha set up a showing first thing in the morning before she had to jump on a plane....but that's not all - she was able to put in an offer before her flight took off at 10am! On top of that, she was a great support and help with setting up inspections and negotiating the final sale. Highly recommend, she'll have your back through the whole process!
