I moved to Oregon in 2011 and have spent over seven years living in and around Portland’s neighborhoods and suburbs. I was emersed in real estate and small business from a very young age. Helping my parents fix and maintain rental properties, helping my mom balance books and prepare spreadsheets, and learning the ins and outs of owning a business and investing in real property. I am a native Spanish speaker and 1st generation American on my mother’s side of the family – and understand the nature of hard work and gratitude!
