I first visited Oregon in 1992 and immediately fell in love with Portland. While I was living in San Francisco at the time, I knew this city would one day be home. I made the move in 1996 and have been grateful ever since to live, work, and raise my family here.

After navigating the home-buying process myself, I discovered a true passion for house-hunting and helping people find the place where their lives can unfold. That passion has grown into a real estate career spanning more than two decades.

I live in the Clinton/Division neighborhood of Southeast Portland with my two sons and love helping clients explore Portland’s diverse neighborhoods and nearby suburbs to find the right fit. Known for being thorough, thoughtful, and highly responsive, I guide my clients through every step of the process with clarity, care, and strong advocacy.

I’m a multiple-year 5-Star Real Estate Award winner and an Earth Advantage Broker. When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring Portland’s ever-evolving neighborhoods or walking along the Oregon Coast, one of my favorite places in the world!

Looking for a home in a new city and state can be daunting. Especially in a hot market like Portland, it’s critical to have an agent who is experienced, has relationships, and knows what it takes to get a deal done when multiple offers flood into the seller. Liz hung in there every step of the way and when the absolute right home was a fit, she made sure that our offer was going to seal the deal. Throughout the process, Liz was able to manage many challenges: she used today’s technology to keep us connected, provided market knowledge so I didn’t waste time on the wrong homes, neighborhoods, and deal terms, and because Liz has built so many professional relationships, she knew exactly who to call in and when so I not only got the very best agent in Liz, I got the “A” team along with her. I cannot recommend Liz Lynn highly enough. It took very few viewings before she had a clear and accurate sense of the sort of house we were looking for. Though we were also combing the listings ourselves, Liz found several homes for us to look at that we would have missed otherwise. It was also clear how much Liz valued her role in helping us to make a good decision for *us*. Her years of experience meant that she quickly sized up homes, their areas of strength, and areas likely to need some work. This meant we were able to feel very well-informed as we weighed which house would best suit our needs. We are delighted with the house we ended up buying. Liz made the process relaxed and fun.

After searching all over the internet for a great buyers agent in the Portland area we ended up with a referral to Liz and were so impressed! As first time buyers we naturally had tons of questions and Liz was so wonderful and helped us find all of the answers we needed.
