I’ve been calling Portland home since 2006. I love this city and all the surrounding nature we have access to. Forest, sea, mountains and desert all within reach. Who could ask for anything more? When I’m not selling houses I love to cook, shop vintage, frequent all of our amazing restaurants, catch movies at our local historic theaters, go to shows, petting dogs and take in all the city has to offer. I love real estate. I have a strong background in the service industry and my heart bleeds service. This career was exactly what I was looking for. Multitasking, project management, compassion and client satisfaction. I am all in for my clients no matter their needs. I’m so excited to continue to grow with Think Real Estate. Dreams are coming true all around!

As a first time buyer and new to the Portland area I was a bit nervous. Tai has a lot of knowledge on the area and was able to fit in a ton of viewings in a short period of time. She answered all of my questions and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend!

As a first time home buyer - there is a lot to take in. Tai was the second agent we contacted and we immediately hit it off. Very patient and knowledgeable on the process and had insights on many neighborhoods in the Portland area. She encouraged me to look beyond the area I was initially looking at and get a better idea of choices in different neighborhoods. Was a great experience and helped me find a home I would not have checked out otherwise. The process of making an offer to closing was really seamless. I worry about everything and Tai was always available and clear on steps/next steps, what to expect etc. The negotiation went very well - after inspection several areas were noted to need some work and we got everything we asked for covered by the seller. Saved a lot! Highly recommended - this was a great experience for me, thanks Tai!!! (and everyone at the agency too!)

I came to Portland several times, and every single one of those times I had Tai‘s help getting around, evaluating the houses, and getting to know the neighborhoods. Tai was always available to answer my many questions, and her knowledge of the market made me comfortable purchasing my first home. During the negotiation she helped me arrive at a price I was comfortable with, and that made me feel supported to the very end. Tai was an amazing Real estate agent to work with! When she said that she'll be there in 20 minutes...she was there on time or early! Any time that we wanted to look at a home she showed up. We were even out on a run and found a home that we liked, and she showed up which ended up being the home that we purchased. She went right to work by typing up and submitting the offer faster than any real estate agent I've worked with. She helped us with what we needed to get done through the whole process. Let me put it this way. We found the house on Tuesday; offer in on Thursday; and accepted on Friday. We closed 3 weeks later. BOOM!!! That was fast. Now If I can prep the house that fast for painting before the new carpet arrives. Oh ya... she even got our puppers a dog toy without stuffing because she knew our dog would rip it to shreds. We got a housewarming gift and a house warranty. 5 star service!! Thank you Tai!!!

Tai drove all over the area from Portland, Salem, & Newberg. We kept getting outbid on every house we were interested in but Tai kept finding houses for us to look at until we found our home. Tai has a keen eye at noticing things that might need repaired and she is a skilled negotiator and will always work in your favor.

Tai helped us a lot when buying a house! She was eager to show us properties at different times of the day that worked for us and flagged issues that she saw in the houses right away. She was not trying to make the houses look perfect, instead, she showed us potential issues we would have to deal with if we bought them. We also had a very hard time dealing with the bank because 2 of the 3 staff we were working with were extremely incompetent. She helped us talk to the bank and explain some parts of the procedure that they could not understand. Tai was really quick to prepare and adjust all the documents, she always answered her phone and email quickly. Overall, I would recommend working with Tai because she is a nice, knowledgeable person who works fast and makes sure you as the buyer are satisfied with the process.
